Cancellation Policy: A fee of $50 will be assessed for
cancellations received 30 days prior to arrival (60 days
for Christmas/New Years). For cancellations received
within 30 days of arrival or after arrival date,
payments will be retained. If the space can be
re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Christmas/New Years reservations are not subject normal
discounts and minimum nights required based on unit
size.
•
All rates are subject to change. All efforts are made to
honor requested units. If a unit that is requested has a
status change that effects the reservation a full refund
will be issued if equal alterative accommodations are
not found.
•
Additional person (s) charge is $20 for one and/or two
persons. This is not a per person charge. Existing
bedding.
•
ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING & PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
